PARIS I LOVE YOU - May 2016:

I know what your probably thinking before you read this - that I was already in Paris previously. Thats right to start of with, I was proudly in the beyond beautiful city of love going back in May and sadly Im only getting to write about it now. Back in May my laptop was broken which left me behind in all of blog posts - so as they say, better late than never. Im not going to go on to much, lets just say the whole four days were magical. Staying in the centre of Paris with Daniel in an exquisite Parisian hotel capturing a powerful bright glimpse of the Eiffel Tour. We ventured to Disneyland, The Louvre, Versailles, and all the famous attractions Paris has to offer. Although it was very expensive, it was safe to say every penny was worth it. The food, weather, atmosphere and even just the relaxation of sitting in front of a French Cuisine was emphatic. I loved it, all of it and cannot wait to visit it again some day. I travelled to London twice this summer, Paris and ended my summer in the canary sunshine of Lanzarote. Gosh I love travelling,  Im such a travel-bug. Its amazing to see and witness different cultures and its comforting to say I've once been part of it all.

So to some up my short piece on La Paris - here is some of my favourite pictures I captured over there. Feeling a mixture between Blair Waldorf and Carrie Bradshaw it was a vacation I will always remember. To see more of my Paris pictures go onto my facebook page, I have a whole album on my time there. MY TRIP TO THE NETHERLANDS

October my favourite month. Luckily this October so far has been my favourite, especially after spending five days touring around Holland and to witness the beautiful scenery it has to offer. So, where do I begin? Last Thursday myself and one of my close friends ventured our way to the remarkable Amsterdam. This is where we met my friend who is studying over here, we had it planned to stay in Amsterdam for two nights, and spend the following time in Groningen (north of Holland) . The whole trip altogether was one to remember, we not only witnessed the experience but we met the nicest people, tried new foods and made a lasting memory that will forever last. I'm not going to blabber on to much as I will be writing all day, (and have lots of college work to do). Merely, I'm going to feature on my piece pictures I captured over my stay and if you have never been before its a must do on your travel list. Although it was quite cold, the sun was shining and everyone was wearing their cosy coats and fluffy scarfs. I went quite casual on my trip and stayed in the comfort section by wearing runners and oversized knits.

I hope you enjoy my pictures and more can be found on HaylsKouture Facebook page.
Have  a great Wednesday everyone,

Yours Stylishly,

Hayley Doherty.

MY TRIP TO ROME:

With Christmas done and dusted, whats more better than taking a trip away? Luckily enough, last week myself and Daniel headed to sunny Rome to witness all the beautiful city had to offer. We spent four days here, and returned back home to snowy Ireland just last Thursday night. I'm currently back in college, after spending last night celebrating my birthday with my friends because my birthday was last week when I was away. I suppose like majority of students, I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things especially as my hours in college have increased and I have a new timetable. But enough about college, and lets talk about Roma.

Where do I even start? Its beyond amazing, the artwork, architecture, scenery and culture is breathtaking. We stayed in the Eurostar International Palace, its located right in the centre of the city and is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum- in other words it is beside everything. The hotel was like a museum itself, the staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. So, if your looking for a place to stay while visiting the city I highly recommend the hotel. We booked it through booking.com.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. As I'm a big fan of site seeing, artwork and everything historical the city was never ending. On our first day we walked along Palatine hill, got to see the Colosseum alongside the area of ruins which was incredible.
With all our walking around the city and early flight all we wanted by night was an Italian meal, glass of wine and relaxing time in a cool bar or as we did visit the Trevi Fountain. Getting a good nights sleep and limiting your time when away is essential. You need to get up early to get ready, have food before planning your day. Walking around inquires lots of energy, so balance everything to keep you untried on your travels.

On our second day, my 20th birthday; we visited Vatican city. Got to capture the beauty of the area and all it had to offer. It was breathtaking and if your visiting Rome this is a must do. Everything about the Sistine chapel and Vatican is a remarkable memory alone. That night we had a fab meal for my birthday and made way to the Spanish steps and of course walked around the city in the beautiful moonlight. My jumper I wore for dinner was actually bought in Rome. That day we were passing by a boutique and I fell in love. Daniel bought it for me and its so comfortable. The sleeves caught my eye and I adore the knitted feel as it was quite chilly at night. (Better glance at it on my Instagram).

Our third and last day consisted of doing everything else touristy in the city, from going on the hop on hop off bus, exploring the famous shopping streets, and eating pizza. The country all in one is affordable, I thought it was going to be similar to Paris and be expensive, but I thought wrong. Food for the two of us came to around 30.00 per night. The site seeing was more or less free, and we didn't pay for travel (only to and from the airport) as we were located in the centre. The hop on hop off bus is a most do also, it brings you all around Rome to capture the major to-do places. We also visited the trendy district of San Lorenzo and the Pantheon  alongside the Trevi Fountain (again) on our last day to top off our amazing trip.

Many of you have asked me about the trip so I hope this covers all you wanted to know. I know some of you already follow me on snapchat so you seen what I got up to during my time away. I also have pictures on Instagram and Facebook. My upcoming VLOG at the end of the month will just be an introduction and after I kinda get the hang of that I hope to put up one of Rome.

I know it has been a long read which I'm glad I got the time to do as I'm wrecked from been out so late last night, but anyways I'll keep you updated during the week with more posts!
